The Garage is a yet another room in Blue Prince with a locked door. Specifically, if you try to open the garage’s door to the outside, you’ll find you’re unable to.
Here’s how to open the Garage door in Blue Prince, and what you’ll get for doing so.
How to open the Garage in Blue Prince
To open the Garage door, you’ll need to construct the Utility Closet (also home to the breaker box puzzle). Once built, open the breaker box, then flip the Garage switch so that it’s turned to “on.”
From there, if you draft the Garage on the same run, you’ll be able to open the garage door. Note that the Garage can only be drafted on the furthest west (left-most) column of your floor plan.
Once you’re in the Garage, hit the garage door opener, right by the entrance. If the light on the switch is green, that indicates the garage door has power, and you’ll be able to open the door. (You’ll also notice three keys hanging from hooks beneath it.)
Follow the path all the way south, cross the river, and turn left at the fork. There, you’ll be able to open the West Gate, revealing the West Path as a permanent upgrade that allows you to draft outer rooms.
